The National Task Force on Assessment Education has developed Assessment Literacy Boot Camps designed to meet the needs of education stakeholders and help them better understand student assessment to support learning.
To that end, the National Task Force on Assessment Education has developed Assessment Literacy Boot Camps designed to meet the needs of education stakeholders and help them better understand student assessment of all kinds.
The National Task Force delivers Assessment Literacy boot camps for:
State and Local Educational Agencies with leaders who need to make assessment literate decisions to prevent redundancies in assessment systems, identify resources and opportunities to support greater student learning outcomes.
Policy makers who must understand assessments in order to create appropriate and effective policy and make solid funding decisions.
Parents who need to better understand assessment and engage actively with teachers and other educational leaders to advocate for and support educational opportunities for all students.
The boot camps are offered in formats ranging from a one-hour webinar to a half-day in-person workshop.
